Respinge cererea
Respinge acţiunea în constatarea calităţii SC S** S***** S** de creditor al debitorului SC V**** S***** S** şi contestaţia formulată de SC S** S***** S** împotriva tuturor creanţelor înscrise în lista creditorilor, ca rămase fără obiect.
Respinge excepţiile inadmisibilităţii şi lipsei calităţii procesuale active invocate de debitor şi administratorul concordatar prin întâmpinare ca rămase fără obiect.
