Schimbat în parte
DECIS 815 Admite apelul declarat de reclamanţi împotriva sentinţei civile nr.544/18.05.2016 a Tribunalului Galaţi pe care o schimbă în parte în sensul că obligă pârâta la plata cheltuielilor de judecată în sumă de 4800 lei (în loc de 3300 lei) către reclamanţi (din care 1800 lei onorariul de expertiză şi 3000 lei onorariul de avocat, redus). Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei.
Respinge, ca nefondat apelul declarat de pârâta SC GALFINBAND SA Galaţi.
Obligă apelanta-pârâtă să plătească suma de 500 lei cheltuieli de judecată în apel către reclamanţi. Definitivă.Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
