Admite apelul declarat de pârâta UNIVERSITATEA "DUNĂREA DE JOS" GALATI.
Schimbă în parte sentinta civilă nr.356/04.04.2016 a Tribunalului Galati, în sensul că :
Obligă pe pârâtă să plătească reclamantilor daune interese moratorii constând în dobânda legală începând cu data de 21.12.2012, în loc de 19.05.2011, până la data plătii.
Reduce cuantumul cheltuielilor de judecată de la 7100 lei la 2540 lei.
Mentine celelalte dispozitii ale sentintei civile apelate.
Respinge cererea intimatei Udrescu Doina privind plata cheltuielilor de judecată în apel, ca neîntemeiată.
Definitivă.
