În temeiul art.151 Cpc 1865, repune cauza pe rol în vederea citării creditorilor, cf. art.14 alin.8 din Legea nr.85/2006. Acordă termen la data de 21.02.2017, cu citarea părţilor, recurenta Frimo cu menţiunea de a depune copii recurs în exemplare suficiente pentru comunicare, iar intimatul administrator judiciar, cu meneţiunea de a depune lista creditorilor, cu indicarea domiciliilor/sediilor acestora.
