Schimbat în parte
Ia act de achiesarea apelanţilor Capalb Gheorghe, Geartu Nicolae şi Dogaru Elena, Dogaru Raluca şi Drăguţescu Geanina, în calitate de moştenitori ai defunctului Dogaru Năstase, la hotărârea instanţei de fond, prin renunţarea la calea de atac. Respinge, ca nefondat, apelul formulat de Pîrvu Mariana, Pîrvu Gheorghe, Constantin Elena, Mihalache Nicolae, Radu Adriana, Alecu Stelian şi Dogaru Elena. Admite apelul declarat de Vlăsceanu Ioan şi pe cale de consecinţă, schimbă în parte sentinţa instanţei de fond în sensul că: Admite în tot acţiunea formulată de acest reclamant. Constată că reclamantul, beneficiază de acordarea grupei I de muncă în procent de 100%, pe lângă perioadele stabilite de prima instanţă şi pentru perioadele: 22.09.1971- 23.10.1974 şi 23.02.1976- 24.09.1987. Menţine în rest dispoziţiile sentinţei. Definitivă.
