Modifică sentinţa
Admite recursul.
Modifică sentinţa recurată în sensul că:
Admite în parte contestaţia C** B*** S* B********.
Anulează în parte planul de distribuire şi raportul asupra fondurilor obţinute din valorificarea bunurilor debitoarei aferente perioadei 1.05.2015-25.02.2016, cu privire la cheltuielile cu salariile restante din perioada 1.05.2012-31.08.2012 în sumă de 21.883 lei şi dispune refacerea acestora în sensul atribuirii acestei sume către recurentă.
Obligă intimata, S.C. Danilux SRL prin lichidator MRL Iaşi să plătească recurentei suma de 200 lei cheltuieli de judecată din ambele instanţe, proporţional cu partea din acţiune ce a fost admisă.
Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei ce nu sunt contrare prezentei decizii.
Irevocabilă.
