Admite cererea
Admite acţiunea. Obligă pe pârâte să plătească reclamanţilor diferenţele de salariu reprezentând premiul anual, pentru perioada 01.01.2011-31.12.2014 şi pentru viitor, sume actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii efective, plus dobânda legală aferentă, începând cu aceeaşi dată - 01.01.2011(pentru fiecare lună în parte), până la plata efectivă.
Cu recurs în 15 zile de la comunicare.
