11.01.2017 Decis: Respinge ca nefondat apelul formulat de dl. expert Mihai Costescu. Admite apelul apelanţilor reclamanţi prin S********* C** I*** P**** Constanţa. Anulează în parte s.c. 1986/16.08.2016 a Tribunalului Constanţa, şi reţinând acţiunea reclamanţilor spre rejudecare, respinge acţiunea reclamanţilor ca inadmisibilă. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei sub aspectul modalităţii de soluţionare a excepţiilor de procedură şi cu privire la respingerea cererii de majorare a onorariului de expert. Definitivă.
