Dispune rejudecare la prima instanţă sau la instanţa competentă
Admite apelul formulat de către reclamanţii Han Pavel şi Han Vasile, împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 516/2016 a Judecătoriei Câmpeni, pronunţată în dosar nr. 683/203/2015.
Anulează, în parte, sentinţa atacată şi trimite cauza spre rejudecare în ceea ce priveşte cererea reclamanţilor Han Pavel şi Han Vasile, privind constatarea dreptului de proprietate şi întabularea în cartea funciară a construcţiei menţionate în petitul 12 al cererii de chemare în judecată.
Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei apelate.
Respinge apelul formulat de către reclamanţii Costea Gheorghe, Han Daniel, Han Nicolae, Oneţiu Toader Lucian, Oneţiu Aurel şi de către intervenientul Han Sorin, împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe.
