Respingere apel

Respinge apelul formulat de pârâţii-apelanţi COMUNA TEREM1A MARE şi PRIMARUL COMUNEI TEREM1A MARE, împotriva Sentinţei civile nr. nr. 486 din 10 martie 2016 pronunţată de Tribunalul Timiş în Dosarul nr. 9210/30/2015, în contradictoriu cu reclamanţii-intimaţi A*** G*******, A******* V*****, B**** D****, B***** A*******, C******** E**** I***, CĂRĂBAŞ VIORICA, CHIOIBAŞ IOAN, DEDIU CORNEL, DEDIU GRIGORE, GAUDI NICOLAE, IVAN MARIANA CAMELIA, LUNGU FRANCISC, MIRON DAN, MEZIN PETRU DĂNUŢ, OPRIŞAN COSMIN EUGEN, POPA OTILIA AMALIA, SABOU ZAMFIRA si ZAHARIE CARMEN. Obligă apelanţii să plătească intimaţilor suma de 2500 lei cu titlul de cheltuieli de judecată in apel. DEFINITIVĂ. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi 28 septembrie 2016.
