DEC.717 - Admite apelul declarat de reclamantele Costache Maria şi Nistoroiu Nicoleta prin reprezentant legal Sindicatul Liber din Învăţământ Vrancea.
Schimbă în parte sentinţa civilă nr.428/07.07.2016 a Tribunalului Vrancea, în sensul că:
Obligă pe pârâţii Şcoala Gimnazială Slobozia Bradului şi UAT Slobozia Bradului să plătească reclamantei Costache Maria suma de 16 lei reprezentând contravaloare cheltuieli transport pe luna noiembrie 2014 şi reclamantei Nistoroiu Nicoleta suma de 324,5 lei reprezentând contravaloare cheltuieli transport pe lunile septembrie, octombrie, noiembrie şi decembrie 2014, sume actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie de la data la care trebuiau achitate şi până la data plăţii.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei civile apelate.
