Admite apelul declarat de pârâtul M.J. împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 209 din 13.02.2017 a Tribunalului Sălaj pronunţată în dosarul nr. 1134/84/2016, pe care o schimbă în parte în sensul că respinge acţiunea formulată de reclamanţii J.C. ş.a. în contradictoriu cu pârâtul M.J., ca fiind introdusă împotriva unei persoane fără calitate procesuală pasivă.
