Admite cererea. Lămureşte dispozitivul sentinţei civile nr. 2542/29.06.2017 a Tribunalului Argeş, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 1161/109/2017, în sensul că prin dobândă legală se înţelege dobânda legală penalizatoare, ce nu se cumulează cu niciun alt fel de dobândă legală. Cu apel în 10 zile de la comunicare, cererea de apel depunându-se la Tribunalul Argeş. Pronunţată azi, 07.02.2019.

Admite cererea

Admite acţiunea. Obligă pârâtul Liceul Tehnologic Costeşti să plătească reclamanţilor, membri de sindicat, daune-interese moratorii sub forma dobânzii legale pentru sumele datorate în baza Sentinţei civile nr. 431/2015 pronunţată de Tribunalul Argeş, de la data de 20.02.2015 şi până la data plăţii integrale a sumelor neachitate. Obligă pârâtul Oraşul Costeşti – prin Primar să vireze pârâtului Liceul Tehnologic Costeşti fondurile necesare achitării acestor drepturi. Obligă pârâtul Liceul Tehnologic Costeşti să plătească Sindicatului cheltuielile de judecată de 101 lei. Executorie provizoriu de drept. Cu apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare, cererea de apel urmând a fi depusă la Tribunalul Argeş. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică azi 29.06.2017.
