Respinge ca nefondat apelul declarat de reclamanţi. Admite apelurile declarate de pârâţi. Schimbă în parte sentinţa, în sensul că diferenţele de salariu calculate pe baza valorii de referinţă sectorială de 405 lei se acordă începnd cu data de 9.04.2015. Pe cale de consecinţă, admite excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtului Institutul Naţional al Magistraturii şi respinge acţiunea faţă de acest pârât pentru lipsa calităţii procesuale pasive. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Definitivă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică.
