Declinat

Admite excepţia necompetenţei teritoriale a Tribunalului Cluj – Secţia Mixtă, de Contencios Administrativ şi Fiscal, Litigii de Muncă şi Asigurări Sociale, invocată de instan?ă din oficiu şi, în consecinţă: Declină competenţa de soluţionare a cererii de chemare în judecată formulată de reclamantul S.N. P. V „PRO LEX”, împotriva pârâtului IGPR, Inspectoratul de Poliţie Judeţean Cluj, IPJ MARAMUREŞ, IPJ BISTRIŢA NĂSĂUD, IPJ SĂLAJ, în favoarea Tribunalului Bucureşti - Secţia a II-a de contencios administrativ şi fiscal. Constată ivit conflictul negativ de competenţă între Tribunalul Cluj - Secţia Mixtă, de Contencios Administrativ şi Fiscal, Litigii de Muncă şi Asigurări Sociale şi Tribunalul Bucureşti – Secţia a II-a de contencios administrativ şi fiscal şi sesizează Înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie, instanţa ierarhic superioară comună instanţelor aflate în conflict, pentru soluţionarea conflictului de competenţă. Fără cale de atac. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi, 12.04.2017.
