Modifică sentinţa
Admite recursul. Casează în parte sentinţa recurată în sensul că admite în parte cererea de chemare în judecată şi o obligă pe recurentă să emită decizii de încadrare începând cu data de 09.04.2015 până la data de 01.08.2016 la nivelul salariului de bază brut corespunzător nivelului maxim al salariului de bază conform art.1 alin.5 ind.1 din OUG nr.83/2014 modific. prin Legea nr.71/2015, precum şi la plata diferenţelor salariale pentru această perioadă actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plăţii, la care se adaugă dobânda legală pentru fiecare reclamant. Menţine în rest.
Definitivă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, azi, 13.02.2018.
