Admite excep?ia necompeten?ei teritoriale a Tribunalul Mure? - Sec?ia de contencios administrativ ?i fiscal, invocată din oficiu. Declină competen?a soluţionării cauzei privind acţiunea formulată de reclamantul Sindicatul National al Poliţiştilor ?i Vameşilor „PRO LEX”, în numele şi pentru membrii de sindicat - A.D.P., B.B., B.N.A., B.L.L., B.D., C.I., C.M.L., C.V.M., C.G.O., D.V., D.L., I.L., D.T., G.I., G.I., G.C., I.C., D.A., I.M., K.M., M.V., M.C., M.V., M.H.R., M.R., O.S.M., P.C., P.A., P.A.V., P.E., S.M.D., S.D.L., S.V., S.S.M., S.A. ?i S.L.F., cu sediul, în contradictoriu cu pârâţii P******* M*********** T******** în favoarea Tribunalului Bucure?ti - Secţia a II a de Contencios administrativ ?i fiscal.
