Trimitere cu rejudecare
Admite ca fondat recursul civil declarat de pârâta reclamantă reconvenţional OLARU MĂRIOARA, în calitate de moştenitor legal al reclamantei reconvenţional Blaj Rafila, decedată în cursul soluţionării litigiului, împotriva încheierii civile din camera de consiliu din data de 19 decembrie 2016 pronunţată de Judecătoria Petroşani în dosarul civil nr. 2659/278/2006* pe care o casează în tot şi trimite cauza la aceeaşi instanţă de fond pentru rejudecarea cererii formulată de pârâta reclamanta reconvenţional de repunere a cauzei pe rol în vederea continuării judecăţii.
