Respinge cererea
Respinge acţiunea formulată de reclamantul Sindicatul Judeţean Familia „Servicii Publice” – Administraţie Publică, în numele şi pentru membrii săi de sindicat Imre Ferent, Gaspar Ildiko, Kolcsar Edith, Toth Francisc, Jancso Karoly, Szabo Tiberiu, Botos Dan, Plesa Gheorghe, Ferke Zoltan, Marton Ioan, Prisecariu Claudiu Benone, Tudosa Constantin, Niciu Mircea, Ganga Cornel, Stanciu Szende, Tobias Gheorghe Claudiu şi Szakacs Irma Maria, în contradictoriu cu pârâta C***** H***** P*** P*****, Cu drept de apel în 10 zile de la comunicare.
În cazul formulării cererii de apel aceasta se depune la Tribunalul Braşov.
Pronunţată azi, 24.05.2017, prin punerea soluţiei la dispoziţia părţilor prin intermediul grefei instanţei, în condiţiile art. 396 alin. 2 Cod procedură civilă.
