Schimbat în parte
Admite apelul declarat de E. M. impotriva Sentinţei civile nr. 10824/20.12.2016 pronunţată în dosar nr. 3876/211/2016 al Judecătoriei Cluj-Napoca pe care o schimbă în parte în sensul că reduce cuantumul cheltuielilor de judecata la care pârâta E. M. a fost obligată de la 8522 lei la 1178 lei. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei apelate.
Respinge apelul declarat de Statul Roman prin Ministerul Finantelor Publice.
Obligă pe intimaţii R. M. şi R P I să plătească apelantei E. M. suma de 400 lei cheltuieli de judecată în apel, parţiale.
Decizia este definitivă.
