Admite in parte cererea
Admite în parte actiunea.
Obligă paratele la plata în favoarea reclamantilor a diferentelor dintre salariul de baza minim brut pe tara garantat stabilit prin hotărâre de guvern si salariul incasat efectiv de reclamanti pentru perioada 01.04.2014 - 30.04.2017, in funcţie de perioada efectiv lucrata, drepturile urmând a fi actualizate cu indicele de inflaţie la data plaţii efective la care se va adaugă dobânda legala.
Obligă paratele sa ne emită adeverinţe în favoarea reclamantilor, precum si sa depună declaraţii nominale rectificative la autorităţile fiscale in acest sens.
Respinge restul pretentiilor.
Obligă pârâtele să plătească în favoarea fiecărui reclamant suma de 400 lei cheltuieli de judecata, onorariu avocatial redus.
Cu drept de apel în termen de 10 zile de la comunicare.
Cererea de apel se depune la Tribunalul Cluj.
Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din data de 21.12.2017.
