Admitere apel
Admite în parte apelul declarat de reclamanţii Georgiu Maria-Domnica şi Georgiu Gheorghe împotriva împotriva Sentinţei civile nr. 521 din data de 11 iulie 2017, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 436/219/2017 al Judecătoriei Dej, pe care o schimbă în parte în sensul că admite excepţia autorităţii de lucru judecat în privinţa capătului de cerere având ca obiect întabularea dreptului de proprietate cu privire la imobilul apartament nr. 33 şi respinge cererea pentru acest motiv.
Respinge ca nefondat apelul declarat de reclamanţii Georgiu Maria-Domnica şi Georgiu Gheorghe împotriva aceleiaşi sentinţe cu privire la soluţia pronunţată referitor la imobilul apartament nr. 34 şi menţine soluţia pronunţată asupra acestor capete de cerere.
Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei.
Fără cheltuieli de judecată în apel.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 30 de zile de la comunicare. Recursul se înregistrează la Tribunalul Cluj.
Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din data de 29 martie 2018.
