Respinge cererea de suspendare
Respinge cererea formulată de JAKAB DIONISIE (cu dom.), în calitate de administrator special al debitoarei INSZER SRL (cu sediul), având ca obiect suspendarea provizorie a executării Sentinţei nr. 1591/14 noiembrie 2016 pronunţate de Tribunalul Harghita în dosarul nr. 2576/96/2010, până la soluţionarea, de către instanţa de recurs, a capătului de cerere având ca obiect suspendarea executării acestei Sentinţe, cuprins în cererea de recurs formulată JAKAB DIONISIE – dosar nr. 2576/96/2010/a1 al Curţii de Apel Tg.-Mureş. Cu recurs în termen de 15 zile de la comunicare.
