Respingere apel
Respinge apelul declarat de apelanţii S.D.F. şi S.F.S. împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 1261, pronunţată la data de 30.06.2017 în dosarul nr. 4968/117/2015 al Tribunalului Specializat Cluj, pe care o păstrează în întregime. Obligă apelanţii să plătească intimaţilor H.L.C. şi H.I. suma de 8232,31 lei, cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată în apel. Decizia este definitivă şi executorie.
