Respinge ca inadmisibil recursul declarat de parata SC ALIMENTEXP SA BOTOSANI prin administrator special Mihai Laura Manuela împotriva sentinţei civile nr.70 /08 03 2016 pronunţate de Tribunalul Suceava - secţia a II a civilă in dosar nr 5093/85/2015.
Admite recursurile declarate de paratele SC ALIMENTEXP SA BOTOSANI prin lichidator judiciar CII Badelita Sarmisa Dorohoi si SC ALIMENTEXP SA BOTOSANI prin administrator special Mihai Laura Manuela impotriva sentintei civile 231/07 06 2016 pronuntata de judecatorul sindic in dosar nr 5093/85/2015 al Tribunalul Suceava - secţia a II a civilă , pe care o caseaza , si-n consecinta :
Trimite cauza spre rejudecare Tribunalului Brasov .
Irevocabilă.
