Admite cererile de îndreptare eroare materială formulate de petenţii Minculescu Nicu şi Popescu Victoria.Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurată în practicaua, considerentele şi dispozitivul deciziei civile nr. 702/15.03.2018, pronunţată de Curtea de Apel Ploieşti în dosarul 5507/120/2016, cu privire la numele intimaţilor reclamanţi ca fiind „Minculescu Nicu”, în loc de „Minulescu Nicu” şi respectiv „Popescu Victoria”, în loc de „Popescu Viorica”. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor deciziei. Îndreptarea se va face în ambele exemplare ale hotărârii. Definitivă. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din data de 22.08.2018.

Admite apelul. Schimba în parte sentinţa, în sensul că plata drepturilor salariale reprezentând diferenţa între salariile cuvenite ca urmare a aplicării nivelului maxim de salarizare din cadrul ANCPI pentru aceeaşi funcţie /grad/ treapta şi gradaţie şi salariile efectiv achitate reclamanţilor se va face pentru perioada 09.04.2015 - 01.08.2016.
