Schimbă în parte sentinţa apelata în sensul că:
Admite acţiunea şi în privinţa reclamanţilor: P****** R***** M******, Scutaru Cristina-Daniela, Taslica Ionela Iuliana, Vitezeu Emanuela Liliana, Vîlcu Daniela Ana, Avrămuţ Mihai Călin, Gheorghe Mirela Maria, Farcaş Mariana Liliana, Tudorana Gabriel Liviu, Ferchedău Aurelia, Şoangher Georgeta Cristina, Gorgan Claudia Gabriela, Leţu George Ionel, Groza Adina, Ionescu Doina.
Obligă pârâtul Liceul Teoretic Ioan Petruş Otopeni să plătească şi reclamanţilor sus-precizaţi dobânda legală aferentă drepturilor băneşti datorate în baza titlului executoriu reprezentat de sentinţa civilă nr 6809/04.10.2010 pronunţată în dosarul nr. 1425/3/2010 de Tribunalul Bucureşti, începând cu data de 12.02.2013 până la data plăţii efective.
Obligă pârâţii Consiliului Local Otopeni şi Instituţia Primarului oraşului Otopeni să aloce fondurile necesare plăţii sumelor mai sus menţionate.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale sentinţei apelate.
Definitivă.
