Respinge ca nefondate apelurile declarate de reclamanţi şi de pârâtul Ministerul Public - Parchetul de pe lângă Înalta Curte de Casaţie şi Justiţie. Admite apelul declarat de pârâţii Parchetul de pe lângă Curtea de Apel Piteşti şi Tribunalul Argeş.
