Schimbat total
Admite apelurile declarate de apelantele creditoare Societatea Energetică Electrica SA şi Direcţia Generală Regională a Finan?elor Publice Cluj Napoca prin AJFP Bihor, în contradictoriu cu intimata creditoare SC U***** T****** S* ş.a, cu intimata debitoare SC Electrocentrale Oradea SA şi cu intimata CASA DE INSOLVENŢĂ TRANSILVANIA FILIALA BIHOR SPRL - în calitate de lichidator judiciar al debitoarei SC ELECTROCENTRALE ORADEA SA, împotriva Sentinţei nr.1470/F/24.11.2016, pronunţată de Tribunalul Bihor, pe care o schimbă în totalitate, în sensul că:
Respinge cererea de confirmare a planului de reorganizare a debitoarei SC Electrocentrale Oradea SA.
Trimite cauza judecătorului sindic în vederea dispunerii intrării în faliment a debitoarei.
Fără cheltuieli de judecată în apel.
Definitivă.

Amână pronunţarea
