Respingere recurs
Respinge recursul declarat de U SPRL B în calitate de lichid jud. al debitoarei S&C SRL împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 76 din 21.02.2017, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 6512/112/2012/a91 al Tribunalului Bistriţa Năsăud, pe care o menţine în întregime.
Obligă recurentul să plătească intimatei BT SA suma de 2719,27 lei, cheltuieli de judecată în recurs.
