Dispune rejudecarea
3062 -Admite recursul declarat de Sindicatul Finanţe Sed Lex Galaţi, în numnele şi pentru funcţionarii publici Gaiu IOnel şi Ioitescu Teodora:
Casează în parte încheierea din 23.06.2017 pronunţată de Tribunalul Galaţi, în dosarul nr. 1153/121/2015 şi, în consecinţă:
Dispune îndreptarea erorilor materiale strecurate în dispozitivul sentinţei nr. 64/27.01.2016 a Tribunalului Galaţi, în sensul că vor fi trecuţi în calitate de reclamanţi:
Gaiu Ionel (CNP 1790325170361)-poziţia 188 tabel reclamanţi (reclamant diferit de cel trecut deja în sentinţa primei instanţe - Gaiu Ionel CNP - *********0321 - poziţia 187 din tabel);
-Ioitescu Teodora - CNP *********0351 - poziţia 252 tabel.
Menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale încheierii recurate privind respingerea excepţiei.
Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de DGRFP-prin AJFP Galaţi.
Definitivă.
