Respinge cererea
Respinge ca nefondată contestaţia împotriva raportului asupra fondurilor obţinute din lichidare şi din încasarea de creanţe şi a planului de distribuire sume, întocmite de Maestro SPRL, lichidator judiciar al debitoarei SC Ada Holding SRL, formulată de contestatorul Oraşul Năvodari prin Primar în contradictoriu cu intimatul Maestro SPRL, lichidator judiciar al debitoarei SC Ada Holding SRL şi creditorii din tabelul defintiv.
