Respinge ca nefondat recursul declarat de reclamanţii Halmagy Andras şi Laszlo Mathegyi împotriva Sentinţei civile nr. 1176 din data de 22.02.2017, pronunţată în dosarul nr. 7530/211/2007* al Judecătoriei Cluj-Napoca, pe care o menţine în întregime.
Obligă în solidar recurenţii la plata cheltuielilor de judecată în recurs după cum urmează: intimatei Romgeneral Service S.R.L. suma de 1.000 lei, intimatului Panican Radu Nicolae suma de 500 lei şi intimatei Paz Management Group S.R.L. suma de 800 lei.
