Admite apelurile. Schimbă în parte sentinţa, în sensul că: Respinge, ca neîntemeiată, acţiunea formulată de reclamanţii Lăcătuş Constantin, Borcea Ion, Ceauşu Vasile, Gârbea Stelian, Borcea Tudor, Voicilaş Gheorghe, Man Eugenia, Stroescu Grigore, Vasile Vasile, Piroi Georgeta, Socoleanu Maria, Tătaru Gheorghe, Paltinea Constantin şi Maglan Ionel, în contradictoriu cu pârâta SDEE Muntenia Nord SA. Respinge, ca neîntemeiată, acţiunea formulată de reclamantul Stoica Ion, în contradictoriu cu pârâta SFISEE Serv SA Bucureşti. Menţine, în rest, dispoziţiile sentinţei. Definitivă.
