Admite apelul. Schimbă în parte sentinţa în sensul că înlătură obligarea pârâtului Ministerul Justiţiei la stabilirea îndemnizaţiei calculată conform art. 1 alin. 5 ind. 1 din OUG 83/2014 şi la plata diferenţelor rezultate din îndemnizaţia astfel stabilită şi cea efectiv plătită începând cu data de 9.04.2015 până la 1.10.2016. Obligă pârâtul Ministerul Justiţiei să asigure fondurile necesare pentru plata acestor diferenţe salariale. Menţine restul dispoziţiilor sentinţei. Definitivă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 24 mai 2017.
