Respins

Respinge contestaţia formulată de inculpatul : - M.S.M., în prezent aflat în Penitenciarul Aiud, (mandat de arestare preventivă nr. 42/UP/10.11.2016 emis de Judecătoria Sibiu), împotriva încheierii penale nr. 1117 din 03.08.2017 pronunţată în dosarul nr. 985/306/2017/a5 al Judecătoriei Sibiu, pe care o menţine. În baza art.275 alin.2 C.pr.pen. obligă contestatorul - inculpat la plata sumei de 150 lei reprezentând cheltuieli judiciare avansate de stat. Onorariul apărătorului desemnat din oficiu în cuantum de 130 lei va fi suportat din fondurile Ministerului Justiţiei. DEFINITIVĂ. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică, azi, 04 august 2017.
