Îndreptă eroarea materială strecurată în cuprinsul dispozitivului Deciziei civile nr. 319 pronunţată la data de 12 aprilie 2017 de Tribunalul Arad în dosarul civil nr. 9997/55/2012* în sensul că, se va scrie corect în dispozitivul hotărârii la penultimul alineatul: “Cu drept de recurs în termen de 15 zile de la comunicare, cererea urmând a fi depusă, în caz de exercitare, la Tribunalul Arad”, în loc de : „ Definitivă”, cum a fost scris dintr-o eroare.
