Admitere recurs
Admite recursul formulat de creditoarea AAAS (cu sediul) împotriva sentinţei nr.736/20.12.2017 pronunţată de Tribunalul Specializat Mureş în dosar nr.1242/1371/2007/a5 şi, în consecinţă:
Modifică în tot sentinţa atacată în sensul că:
Admite obiecţiunile formulate de creditoarea AAAS (cu sediul) la raportul final întocmit în procedura de insolvenţă a debitoarei Romvelo SA, de lichidatorii judiciari Suciu Adriana Tatiana şi CB Lichidări Consult IPURL.
Obligă practicianul în insolvenţă să completeze raportul final cu date privind stadiul executării creanţei deţinute de insolventa Romvelo SA în baza sentinţei nr.1059/12.6.2014 pronunţate de Tribunalul Dolj în dosarul nr.7348/63/2012/a1.
Irevocabilă.
