Admite cererea de îndreptare a erorii materiale strecurate în cuprinsul deciziei civile nr.822/A/2017 pronunţată de Tribunalul Cluj, formulată de petentele BUZOGANY CLARA, SEBE ANA-MARIA şi LENKEY KATALIN, şi în consecinţă:
Dispune îndreptarea erorii materiale strecurate în cuprinsul deciziei civile nr.822/A/2017 pronunţată de Tribunalul Cluj în dosar civil nr.594/117/2007 în sensul că obligă apelanţii la plata sumei de 1.800 lei cu titlu de cheltuieli de judecată în apel – onorariu avocaţial în favoarea petentelor Buzogany Clara, Sebe Ana-Maria şi Lenkey Katalin.
Definitivă.
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 15 zile de la comunicare.
