Amână cauza
Încuviinţează cererea de amânare pentru lipsă de apărare determinată de imposibilitatea de prezentare a apărătorului ales al apelanţilor-reclamanţi, sub rezerva dovedirii situaţiei invocate.
Amână judecarea cauzei la 26 februarie 2019, pentru când citează apelanţii-reclamanţi, intimatul-pârât având termen în cunoştinţă, potrivit dispoziţiilor art.229 alin.1 Cod procedură civilă.
Pronunţată în şedinţă publică, astăzi 15 ianuarie 2019, la Curtea de Apel Piteşti – Secţia I Civilă.
