În baza art. 362 alin. 2 Cod procedură penală raportat la art.493 alin.4 Cod procedură penală men?ine măsura preventivă a suspendării procedurii de lichidare sau dizolvare a persoanei juridice, interzicerea operaţiunilor patrimoniale, susceptibile de a antrena diminuarea activului patrimonial sau insolvenţa persoanei juridice, interzicerea activităţilor de natura celor cu ocazia cărora a fost comisă infracţiunea pentru persoanele juridice inculpate, faţă de persoanele juridice inculpate S.C. VECTRA IMOBILIARE S.R.L. CONSTANŢA - J13/199/2006, CUI 18328206, prin lichidator judiciar CC INSOL IPURL, S.C. VECTRA CONSTRUCL S.R.L. CONSTANŢA - J13/542/2002, CUI 14395679, prin lichidator judiciar SPECTRUM INSOLVENCY IPURL.
Respinge ca nefondate cererile de revocare a măsurilor preventive.
