Amână judecarea cauzei la 16 mai 2018 pentru imposibilitatea prezentării avocatului Pisicaru Irinel, apărător al recurentului SC Mit Insolv SPRL, şi pentru soluţionarea cererii de strămutare formulată de consorţiul SC Mit Insolv SPRL şi Mincu şi Asociaţii SPRL, în faţa Înaltei Curţi de casaţie şi Justiţie.
