Menţine hotărârea atacata

Respinge recursul declarat de ,,Cremona Lux” SRL, prin lichidator judiciar -,,Topaz Insolv” SPRL - împotriva încheierii pronunţate în şedinţă publică din 16.10.2018 a Tribunalului Vaslui – Secţia Civilă, încheiere pe care o menţine . Irevocabilă. Pronunţată în şedinţă publică azi, 5. 02. 2019.
