Obligă pârâtul la plata sumei compensatorii tranzitorii reprezentând sporul de 25 % cuvenit agenţilor de poliţie cu studii superioare începând cu data de 09.04.2015, actualizată cu indicele inflaţiei şi cu dobânda legală calculată la sumele restante ce trebuie achitate.
Respinge cererea privind obligarea pârâtului la plata cheltuielilor de judecată, ca neîntemeiată.
