În temeiul art. 406 alin. 1 şi 4 C.proc.civ, constată că reclamanta-contestatoare INSOLVENCY MANAGEMENT SPRL, a renunţat la judecata cererii introductive având ca obiect contestaţie măsură lichidator judiciar, formulate în contradictoriu cu debitoarea MOLDINSTAL SRL prin lichidator judiciar LICHIDATOR INSTANT EXPERT SPRL, administratorul special al debitoarei, PĂDURARU ROMEO şi comitetul creditorilor.
În temeiul art. 406 alin. 3 C.proc.civ, obligă reclamanta-contestatoare INSOLVENCY MANAGEMENT SPRL la plata sumei de 500 lei reprezentând cheltuieli de judecată către administratorul special al debitoarei PĂDURARU ROMEO (onorariu avocat).
Cu drept de recurs în termen de 30 de zile de la comunicare, cererea de recurs urmând a se depune la Tribunalul Bacău – Secţia a II-a Civilă şi de Contencios Administrativ şi Fiscal.
