Respinge recursul declarat de creditorul COŞERU VALENTIN împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 294/JS/11.10.2018, pronunţată de Tribunalul Caraş-Severin în dosarul nr. 2062/115/2009, în contradictoriu cu practicianul în insolvenţă LICEV GRUP SPRL – în calitate de lichidator judiciar al debitoarei SC APOLLODOR GROUP SRL.
