Dec.: Admite apelul. Anulează în parte sent.civ. apelată nr. 2026 din 04.10.2017 pron.de Trib.C-ţa, numai în ceea ce priveşte soluţionarea excepţiei lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a pârâtului Min.Ed.Naţ.şi, reţinând cauza spre rejudecare, dispune: Respinge excepţia lipsei calităţii procesuale pasive a Min.Ed.Naţ. Admite acţiunea şi în contradictoriu cu Min.Ed.Naţ. pe care îl obligă, în favoarea recl., alături de pârâta Univ.Ovidius din Cţa la plata drepturilor stabilite prin sentinţa fondului, sentinţă pe care o menţine în totalitate sub aspectul obligaţiilor stabilite. Menţine şi dispoziţiile referitoare la renunţarea la judecată şi aplicarea sancţiunii amenzii. Definitivă. pronunţată azi, 11.05.2018, în şedinţă publică.
