Dispune rejudecarea
Admite recursul declarat de creditoarea SC Miniera Cuarţ SA prin lichidator judiciar Alinsolv IPURL în contradictoriu cu debitoarea Compania Naţională a Metalelor Preţioase şi Neferoase Remin SA prin lichidatori judiciari Pareto Grup IPURL şi Pro Insolv IPURL, precum şi prin administratorul special Bârle Ovidiu, împotriva sentinţei civile nr. 773/29.06.2017, pronunţată de Tribunalul Timiş în dosar nr. 32/100/2009/a21, având ca obiect cerere de plată şi intrare în faliment.
Casează încheierea atacată şi trimite cauza spre rejudecare conform considerentelor prezentei decizii.
Fără cheltuieli de judecată în acest stadiu procesual.
Irevocabilă.
Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 21.11.2018.
