În temeiul art. 520 alin. 4 C.pr.civ., suspendă judecarea cauzei până la soluţionarea sesizării în vederea pronunţării unei hotărâri prealabile pentru dezlegarea unor chestiuni de drept formulată de Curtea de Apel Iaşi în dosarul nr. 1489/89/2017 (dosar nr. 572/1/2018 al Înaltei Curţi de Casaţie şi Justiţie). Cu drept de recurs pe întreaga durată a suspendării. Recursul se depune la Curtea de Apel Suceava. Pronunţată în şedinţa publică din 5 aprilie 2018.
