Admite cererea de recurs
Admite recursul formulat de recurentii ISTUDOR(fostă SAVA) GENINA FLORENTINA şi GHEORGHIU DANIEL. Respinge recursul formulat de ceilalti recurenti ca nefondat. Ia act de renunţarea reclamantilor ISTUDOR ( fostă SAVA) GEANINA FLORENTINA şi GHEORGHIU DANIEL la judecarea cererii de chemare în judecată şi anulează în parte decizia civilă nr.4066 din 1 noiembrie 2017 a Tribunalului Bucureşti - Secţia a VI-a Civilă şi sentinţa civilă nr.10790/22.09.2016 a Judecatoriei Sectorului 2 Bucureşti în ceea ce îi priveşte pe aceşti reclamanţi. menţine celelalte dispoziţii ale acestor hotărâri. Obligă recurenţii la plata sumei de 11.037,25 lei cheltuieli de judecată către intimată. Definitivă. Pronuntată în şedinţă publică, azi 13 decembrie 2018.
